By accessing the bmw bat platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding, so please read the entire document carefully before using the service.

1 General Terms

bmw bat is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms form a legal agreement between bmw bat and its users. In addition to these terms, specific promotional offers or individual game rules may also apply separately.

By registering on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted these terms. If you object to any term, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to open a valid account on bmw bat:

• Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

• Opening an account in another person's name or identity is entirely unlawful and subject to immediate cancellation.
• If any personal details change (mobile number, bank account, etc.), please notify customer support as soon as possible.
• To keep your account secure, keep your password private and do not share it with anyone. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

bmw bat may request identity documents, proof of address, or other documentation at any time for account verification. Failure to submit the required documents within the given timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3 Age Verification

At registration, users must confirm they are 21 years of age or older. bmw bat may request a national identity card or other government-issued ID at any time to verify age if there is any doubt.

Withdrawal of deposited funds may be held until age verification is complete. If a minor is found to be using an account, that account will be cancelled and all related transactions will be treated as void.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

The following methods are currently accepted for depositing funds on bmw bat: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• For any suspicious transaction, bmw bat may suspend a deposit without additional notice pending further review.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to the payment method linked to the account — sending to a different account is not possible.
• Withdrawal requests may be submitted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress, but funds earned from the bonus may be held until the bonus conditions are met.

5 Bonus Terms

bmw bat offers various types of bonuses. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on that bonus's page. However, some general bonus policies apply to all offers:

• Welcome bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.
• Winnings earned using bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• A specific time limit applies to claiming bonuses. Once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• Claiming the same bonus more than once from the same person, household, device, or IP address is prohibited.
• If the original deposit is withdrawn before the bonus conditions are met, the bonus will be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules

bmw bat offers casino games, sports betting, and live casino services. Specific rules apply to each game or betting category. In general:

• Before placing any bet, users should familiarise themselves with the rules of that game or market.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error or connection issue, bmw bat's decision on the outcome of that round will be final.
• If a sports betting event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with bmw bat's standard rules.
• Betting limits for each game and sport are set separately and are displayed on the platform.
• Any dispute regarding a game result must be raised with customer support within 48 hours of the result being published.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bmw bat platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all funds held:

• Placing bets in an artificial or coordinated manner to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Opening multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP/device and placing bets against each other.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to influence game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or attempting to defraud other users.
• Knowingly exploiting a faulty game or incorrect odds.

8 Account Suspension and Cancellation

bmw bat reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Where clear evidence of a breach of any provision of these terms is found.
• Where a discrepancy is identified during identity or age verification.
• Where suspicious or unusual financial activity is observed.
• In compliance with a court order or legal obligation.
• At the user's own request to voluntarily close the account.

In the event of account cancellation, bmw bat will consider separately whether to return the user's actual deposited funds (excluding bonuses where conditions have not been met).

9 Privacy and Personal Data

bmw bat treats the protection of users' personal data as a top priority. Information collected at registration is used solely to provide platform services, verify identity, and comply with applicable legal obligations. 10 Responsible Gaming

2. Step 2: If the matter is not resolved at the initial stage, it will be escalated to bmw bat's senior resolution team, who will respond within 5 business days.
3. Step 3: If the dispute remains unresolved after the above steps, resolution may be sought through the appropriate legal channels.

12 Changes to Terms

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If a user does not agree to the new terms, they may close their account voluntarily at any time.
